Munnings Developments have been granted planning permission for Live.Work.Lingwood, a new development concept that combines modern architect-designed homes with integrated purpose built configurable workspaces to meet the needs of those running growing businesses from home.

The Livework Concept

The LiveWorkLingwood Proposal comprises two distinctive elements:

Live/Work Elements

Seven live/work units consisting of a generously sized 144m2 family home with attached office or workshop, flexibly configurable according to need. Each unit an initial 72m2 or 96m2 commercial office/workshop, expandable to 108m2 or 144m2 as needs demand.

The live/work units are aimed at local people who own growing small businesses that need to escape the confines of the spare bedroom or have run out of space in the garage.

Lingwood is a village with a wide variety of shops, schools, pubs and facilities including public transport that supports not only the village itself but a wide hinterland to the south of the A47 as well as neighbouring parishes.
